12/30/2008 Well, here we are! Hi, I 'm Jim Lynch, Dominic Padilla's Design Associate. I had a little time over the holidays to re-vamp the website. So, please Let me know what you think. email Jim We have had a very busy quarter here at TNPLH! Dominic allowed me to join the team in the last week of October '08 after a dozen or so years at another firm here in town. I am very excited to be a part of this vital and prestigious firm. I am honored that Dominic and Joy have placed their trust in me and are allowing me to help serve their customers. What a great job they have done serving the needs of homeowners who sought the finest quality work in town. I promise to help maintain the standard that they have set. Rick Martin, a long time friend to me and to Dominic as well has agreed to be our new Architectural Liaison and Director of Marketing. Welcome Rick! We have taken new offices in The Plaza Paseo building at 4801 Lang Ave. NE Suite 110, Abq. NM 87109. We are in and out, so if you would like to stop by and visit us give us a call at 798-2513 so we can arrange to be around. There is reception in the North Lobby, and we have our own plotter on site. It is my turn to give something special to our customers who are considering a project requiring design services this spring. I have agreed to discount design services by 25% up to $1,500.! Another month has flown by (like they do!)
We have been working on a few projects that came to fruition in March. We welcome our new clients to our family. April is tax time (yuck), but if you are getting a refund we have a few Suggestions about where to spend that money! Project (typical budget range) Redo the powder bath! ($7,000 - $30,000) Build a Patio Cover ($10,000 - $35,000) Create an outdoor kitchen ($20,000 - $65,000)
